Cancellation & Refund Policy for GetThatBoat.com

1. Cancellation by Renter
Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (if the booking date is more than 14 days away) are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable Service Fees.
Partial Refund:
· 50% refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the rental date.
· No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the rental date, unless otherwise specified in the Boat Owner’s policy.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation by Boat Owner
· If the Boat Owner cancels a confirmed booking, the Renter will receive a full refund, including Service Fees.
· The Boat Owner may incur penalties, such as demotion in search results or compensation to the Renter, as determined by GetThatBoat.
3. No-Show or Late Arrival
· No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that reduce the rental period.
4. Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations
· If GetThatBoat or the Boat Owner cancels due to unsafe conditions (e.g., severe weather), Renters will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Refund Processing
· Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval but may take longer depending on the payment provider.

6. Disputes
· Unresolved disputes may be escalated to UAE courts under the Governing Law clause of our Terms.
